摘  要:安全阀是超压保护的重要设备,随着工艺快速发展,对安全阀提出了更高要求。本文首先概述了弹簧载荷式与先导式安全阀的基本构造及差异,并阐述了安全阀日常校验与维护保养的标准要求;接着深入解析了低温先导式、全塑料密封式、独立气源控制式及全金属密封式这四种新型先导式安全阀的适用工况、结构特性和应用前景,这些新型安全阀各具特色,满足了不同工况下的超压保护需求;最后,本文针对这四种新结构先导式安全阀在推广应用中可能遇到的维修与校验难题进行了分析与讨论,旨在为实际应用提供有益的参考与指导。The safety valve is an important equipment for overpressure protection.With the rapid development of the process, higher requirements are put forward for the safety valve.Firstly, this paper summarizes the basic structure and difference of spring-loaded and pilot-operated safety valves, and expounds the standard requirements of daily calibration and maintenance of safety valves.Then, the applicable working conditions, structural characteristics and application prospects of four new pilot-operated safety valves, including low-temperature pilot-operated safety valve, all-plastic sealed safety valve, independent gas source control safety valve and all-metal sealed safety valve, are analyzed in depth.These new safety valves have their own characteristics and meet the requirements of overpressure protection under different working conditions.Finally, this paper analyzes and discusses the maintenance and calibration problems that may be encountered in the popularization and application of these four new structural pilot-operated safety valves, aiming to provide useful reference and guidance for practical applications.
