摘  要:核级阀门现场使用可靠性水平与设计、制造等过程息息相关,通过可靠性鉴定与验收试验的产品通常具有较高的使用可靠性水平。因此,本文以核级阀门为研究对象,对核级阀门及其试验进行总结,并基于已开展的阀门可靠性鉴定试验进行故障率趋势分析和故障原因分析。结果表明,阀门可靠性鉴定试验大致可分为早期、中期、末期三个阶段,且试验早期的故障率最大,早期故障对试验的影响也最大。最后,基于分析结果和阀门可靠性鉴定试验现状,针对如何提升核级阀门质量与可靠性进行探讨,以达到降低现场使用故障率、提高现场使用可靠性的目标。本文成果可应用于核级阀门可靠性鉴定与验收试验方案设计。The reliability level of nuclear grade valve in field use is closely related to the process of design and manufacture.Products through reliability appraisal and acceptance test usually have a high level of reliability in use.Therefore,this paper takes the nuclear grade valve as the research object,summarizes the nuclear grade valve and its test,and analyzes the failure rate trend and the cause of the failure based on the reliability identification test of the valve.The results show that the valve reliability qualification test can be roughly divided into three stages:early stage,middle stage and late stage,and the failure rate in the early stage of the test is the largest,and the early failure has the greatest impact on the test.Finally,based on the analysis results and the status quo of valve reliability appraisal test,this paper discusses how to improve the quality and reliability of nuclear grade valves,so as to achieve the goal of reducing the failure rate and improving the reliability of field use.The results of this paper can be applied to the reliability identification and acceptance test scheme design of nuclear grade valves.
