摘  要:调流阀广泛应用于工业与水利工程中,其搭建有多种传感器及具备远程控制、数据处理等多功能实验装置,可测定流量系数、流阻系数等关键指标,分析调流阀性能参数与运行特性,针对特定工况设计鼠笼并进行模拟分析。实验表明,流量系数与流阻系数相关,定制V型鼠笼可使调流阀满足特殊工况需求,提升调节精度与稳定性,实现精准流量调节与压力控制。阀门动态性能试验为调流阀优化提供坚实依据,对推动行业技术革新意义深远,未来将深入多方面研究以提升阀门性能。The regulating valve is widely used in industrial and water conservancy projects.It has a variety of sensors and multi-functional experimental devices with remote control and data processing.It can measure key indicators such as flow coefficient and flow resistance coefficient,analyze the performance parameters and operating characteristics of the regulating valve,and design the squirrel cage for specific working conditions and carry out simulation analysis.Experiments demonstrate that the flow coefficient is related to the flow resistance coefficient.The customized V-shaped squirrel cage can make the flow regulating valve meet the requirements of special working conditions,improve the regulation accuracy and stability,and achieve accurate flow regulation and pressure control.The dynamic performance test of the valve provides a solid basis for the optimization of the flow regulating valve,which is of far-reaching significance for promoting the technological innovation of the industry.In the future,many aspects will be studied in depth to improve the valve performance.
