摘 要:三代压水堆机组作为核能的重要组成部分,不仅是电力供应的主力军,也是维护能源安全和应对气候变化的重要手段之一,其安全性和可靠性是人们关注的焦点。本文调研三代压水堆机组关键设备——爆破阀的研究现状及应用情况,介绍其发展历史、基本结构、技术特点、应用现状、相关法规标准,并分析面临的机遇与挑战,为核电站设计建造和运营管理提供参考。作为主动卸压系统的关键设备,爆破阀凭借非能动、零泄漏、快速、可靠卸压等特性被广泛应用,国内相关法规标准已初步完善,但仍面临检修维护、经济成本等方面的挑战。As an important part of nuclear energy,the third generation pressurized water reactor unit is not only the main force of power supply,but also one of the important means to maintain energy security and cope with climate change.Its safety and reliability are the focus of attention.This paper investigates the research status and application of the explosion valve,the key equipment of the third generation pressurized water reactor unit,introduces its development history,basic structure,technical characteristics,application status,relevant regulations and standards,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced,so as to provide reference for the design,construction and operation management of nuclear power plants.As the key equipment of the active pressure relief system,the blasting valve is widely used with the characteristics of passive,zero leakage,fast and reliable pressure relief.The relevant domestic regulations and standards have been preliminarily improved,but it still faces challenges in maintenance and economic costs.
