摘　　要：林权纠纷往往呈现出频发、多发态势,成为影响集体林权制度改革成败的重要因素。本文分析了珙县林权纠纷的类型、特点、产生的原因,调处林权纠纷面临的困难,有针对性地提出了调处的对策。Forest tenure disputes often show a frequent and frequent trend,which becoming an important factor affecting the success or failure of collective forest tenure system reform.The types,characteristics,and causes of forest rights disputes in Gongxian County were analyzed in this article,as well as the difficulties faced in resolving forest rights disputes.Targeted countermeasures for resolving forest rights disputes are proposed.
