摘　　要：对林业资源和林业产业进行科学、合理、高效、可持续的规划、组织、协调、控制和评价的过程管理,是实现林业发展目标和功能的重要手段。林业管理不仅要考虑林业的多重效益,还要考虑林业的社会责任,即对利益相关者和社会、环境的责任和义务。分析林业发展利益相关者的特征及其相互关系,并从利益相关者理论的角度,探讨林业管理社会责任的内涵、内容和原则,并提出了相应的对策建议。Scientific,rational,efficient and sustainable planning,organization,coordination,control and evaluation process management of forestry resources and forestry industry was important means to achieve the objectives and functions of forestry development.Forestry management should not only consider the multiple benefits of forestry,but also consider the social responsibility of forestry,that is to taked holders and social and environmental responsibilities and obligations.The characteristics of the stakeholders in forestry development and their mutual relations were analyzed in this paper,which probes into the connotation,contents and principles of the social responsibility of forestry management from the perspective of the stakeholder theory,and some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were advanced.
