摘　　要：国有林是我国森林资源的重要组成部分。森林火灾具有突发性强、破坏力大、影响面广等特征,对森林资源和人的生命财产安全都会产生严重威胁。近年来,由于全球气候变暖,气温升高,在冬、春两季降雨量少,风干物燥,森林火灾极易发生,导致海寨林场面临许多防火问题。此外,林场还面临护林防火人员少、管护面积大等问题。探讨把“人、物、技”防结合起来,确保国家森林资源安全十分必要。State-owned forests are an important component of China's forest resources.Forest fires have the characteristics of strong suddenness,great destructive power,and wide impact,which pose a serious threat to forest resources and human life and property safety.In recent years,due to global climate change and rising temperatures,there is less rainfall and dry air in winter and spring,making forest fires highly likely to occur.In addition,Haizhai Forest Farm still faces problems such as a shortage of forest protection and fire prevention personnel and a large management area.It is necessary to explore the integration of"human,material,and technological"prevention to ensure the security of national forest resources.
