摘　　要：果肉榨取橄榄油的油橄榄(Oleaeuropaea L.)是木科木榄属的高油分木本油料植物,具有较高经济价值。沙州镇为油橄榄适生区,分析了沙州镇油橄榄产业现状问题,并为当地油橄榄产业高质量发展提出了对策和建议。Olea europaea L.,which has high economic value,is a plant used for oil extraction.Shazhou Town is a suitable area for olive growth,and olive has been introduced since 2000.By reviewing the development history of olive and analyzing the current situation of olive industry in Shazhou Town,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in this paper,hoping to benefit the high-quality development of the local olive industry.
