摘  要:为研究透平式能量回收一体机的转子系统轴向窜动平衡轴向力特性,应用雷诺时均法(RANS)并采用SST k-ω模型对一体机进行了全流场数值模拟计算,分析了轴向间隙尺寸变化对一体机水力性能的影响,获得了一体机在5组轴向间隙尺寸下的内流特性及轴向力变化特性.结果表明:轴向间隙尺寸对透平端的间隙泄漏流影响较大,增大轴向间隙可使透平端效率最大下降8%,而泵端水力性能所受影响较小,基本保持不变;在额定工况下,随着轴向间隙尺寸增大,透平端前腔体内平均压力最终下降0.37 MPa,一体机转子系统的轴向力指向透平端,轴向力值增大5 kN左右.研究结果可为透平式能量回收一体机设计和运行提供理论指导.To investigate the axial displacement balance and axial force characteristics of the rotor system in a turbine-type energy recovery integrated machine,the Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS)method was employed,utilizing the SST k-ωturbulence model to perform a numerical simulation of the entire flow field within the integrated machine.The impact of varying axial clearance sizes on the hydraulic performance of the machine was analyzed.Additionally,the internal flow characteristics and axial force variations were examined across five different axial clearance configurations.The findings indicate that the magnitude of axial clearance exerts a substantial influence on the leakage flow at the turbine end.An augmentation in axial clearance results in a maximum reduction of 8%in turbine end efficiency.Conversely,the hydraulic performance at the pump end is minimally impacted and remains largely stable.Under rated design conditions,an increase in axial clearance leads to a reduction in the average pressure within the front chamber of the turbine end by 0.37 MPa.The axial force of the integrated rotor system is directed towards the turbine end,and the magnitude of this axial force increases by about 5 kN.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the design and operation of turbine energy recovery integrated machine.
