摘  要:为了探究各因素对喷杆喷雾机喷雾沉积的影响规律,进一步提高自走式喷杆喷雾机的作业效率,使用Box-Behnken响应面法,分析并得到前进速度v、工作高度h和喷雾压力p等影响因素与喷雾沉积特性的数学模型,根据回归分析结果得出各影响因素对喷雾沉积特性的影响程度以及喷雾机最佳工作参数.结果表明:前进速度、工作高度和喷雾压力均对喷雾沉积特性有显著影响,影响程度按因素排序由大到小为喷雾压力,工作高度,前进速度.单位面积雾滴沉积量均值与前进速度和喷头工作高度成负相关,与喷雾压力成正相关.沉积量变异系数与喷雾压力成负相关,与前进速度成正相关,与工作高度的增加呈先减小后增大的趋势,这说明在工作高度一定的情况下,增大喷雾压力或者减小前进速度可以有效提高喷雾机的雾滴沉积均匀性.To investigate the influence of multiple factors on the spray deposition of the boom sprayers and enhance the operational efficiency of the self-propelled boom sprayer,the Box-Behnken response surface method was utilized to develop a mathematical model of the influence factors such as the forward speed v,the working height h and the spray pressure p on the spray deposition characteristics.Regression analysis results facilitated the determination of the influence magnitude of these factors on the spray deposition characteristics and identified the optimal working parameters of the sprayer.The results show that the forward speed,working height,and spray pressure all have significant effects on the spray deposition characteristics,and the degree of influence,in descending order of factors,is spray pressure,working height,forward speed.The average droplet deposition per unit area exhibits a negative correlation with the forward speed and the working height of the nozzle,while demonstrating a positive correlation with the spray pressure.The coefficient of variation in deposition amount exhibits a negative correlation with spray pressure,and a positive correlation with forward speed.It initially decreases and subsequently increases with the increase of working height.This suggests that,at a given working height,increasing spray pressure or reducing forward speed can effectively improve the uniformity of droplet deposition in the sprayer.
