摘　　要：上海市护理学会于2024年5月11日发布了《袋鼠式护理方法》团体标准,规定了袋鼠式护理的具体方法,包括基本要求、实施前准备、肌肤接触、母乳喂养支持、观察和记录等。文章针对该标准的概况、主要内容及实施建议进行解读,旨在帮助各级各类医疗机构从事早产儿或低出生体重儿照护的医护人员及相关照护者更好地理解并实施袋鼠式护理提供参考。The Shanghai Nursing Association issued the association standard Kangaroo Mother Care Method on May 11,2024.The standard outlines specific procedures of kangaroo mother care,including basic requirements,pre-implementation preparation,skinto-skin contact,breastfeeding support,observation and recording.This article interprets the overview,main contents and implementation recommendations outlined in the standard.It aims to provide a reference for healthcare providers and caregivers engaged in the care of preterm or low birth weight infants in diverse medical institutions at various levels to better understand and implement kangaroo mother care.
