摘　　要：目的通过访谈了解社区护士从事“互联网+护理服务”的工作体验,为进一步优化相关服务提供参考。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2023年1-6月于上海市某区从事“互联网+护理服务”的40名社区护士进行半结构化访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法分析访谈资料。结果围绕社区护士对“互联网+护理服务”的工作体验,提炼出3个主题:感受到“互联网+护理服务”能让患者、护士及专科护理发展均获益,认为“互联网+护理服务”仍存在部分风险隐患和待完善之处,希望通过相关措施提升社区护士参与“互联网+护理服务”的积极性。结论社区护士在参与“互联网+护理服务”工作中收获了诸多积极体验,但工作中仍存在一些挑战。管理者应充分重视社区护士的工作认知和需求,进一步促进其职业价值感提升,并通过加强服务保障体系建设、改善执业环境、完善系统培训等措施,推动“互联网+护理服务”有序发展。Objective To understand the work experience of community nurses engaged in"Internet plus nursing service"through interviews,aiming to provide a reference for further optimization of related services.Methods A total of 40 community nurses engaged in"Internet plus nursing service"in a district of Shanghai from January to June 2023 were selected by purposive sampling to undergo semi-structured interviews.Then,their interview data was analyzed using Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method.Results A total of 3 topics were extracted regarding the work experience of community nurses engaged in"Internet plus nursing service":1)They believed that"Internet plus nursing service"could benefit patients,nurses and the development of specialist care;2)They recognized potential risks and areas needing improvement in"Internet plus nursing service";3)They hoped that relevant measures would be taken to enhance the enthusiasm of community nurses to engage in"Internet plus nursing service".Conclusion Community nurses have gained many positive work experiences in the"Internet plus nursing service".However,they still face certain challenges in their work.Nurse administrators should highlight the work cognition and needs of community nurses,aiming to further enhance their sense of professional value.Also,efforts should be made to develop a service guarantee system,improve the practice environment and refine systematic training,aiming to promote the orderly development of"Internet plus nursing services".
