摘 要:针对长水平井以及大斜度斜井套管下入摩阻大、易卡套、下入难等问题,研制了井下涡轮驱动式振荡旋转套管引鞋。建立了工具的三维模型,并通过Fluent软件搭建了涡轮定子、转子流场计算数值模型,探究了不同叶轮安放角对叶片压力及表面流速的影响,进而对叶轮结构参数进行优化设计。搭建了套管动力引鞋工具地面测试试验平台,对其关键性能参数进行测试,结果满足设计需求,并开展了相关现场试验。试验结果表明:该工具可通过钻井液循环带动井下引鞋头旋转,从而进行井壁的修整和井筒的冲洗,并帮助完井套管柱的顺利下入,极大提高了作业效率。该研究可为水平井以及大斜度井完井管柱降阻下入工具的研制与应用提供技术借鉴,进而提高完井作业效率,降低施工成本。To address the issues of high friction,possible sticking and difficult running of casing in long horizontal wells and highly deviated wells,a downhole turbine-driven oscillating rotary casing guide shoe was developed.A 3D model of the tool was built,and numerical models for the flow fields of the turbine stator and rotor were built using the Fluent software.The blade pressure and surface velocity at different impeller set angles were investigated,and then the structural parameters of the impeller were optimized.A ground test platform for the casing power guide shoe was established to test the key performance parameters,and the results met the design requirements.Relevant field test was also conducted.The test results show that the tool can rotate the downhole guide head through the circulation of drilling fluid,thereby dressing the sidewall and flushing the wellbore,and helping to smoothly running the completion casing string.The research results provide valuable reference for the development and application of drag reduction running tools of completion string in horizontal wells and highly deviated wells,thereby improving the completion operation efficiency and reducing the construction costs.
