摘 要:针对长水平井疏松砂岩油气藏井底出砂以及冲砂液携砂上返时,砂粒受重力影响容易二次沉积,造成卡钻、砂堵等问题,设计了一种可前冲和后冲的旋流冲砂工具。对工具的结构组成及结构原理进行了介绍,结合工具原理,建立了旋流冲砂工具冲砂作业三维仿真模型,确定了冲砂边界条件,开展了冲砂效果数值仿真分析;通过改变前后、后向喷嘴的倾角和直径,并结合仿真分析对工具结构参数进行了优选。研究结果发现:前向喷嘴倾角为45°、后向喷嘴倾角为135°、前向喷嘴和后向喷嘴直径均为8 mm的条件下,砂粒的悬浮效果最好,悬浮的大部分砂粒可以由冲砂液携带至较远距离,冲砂作业效率较高,冲砂效果较好。研究结果可为长水平井冲砂洗井作业效率的提高提供参考。Sand particles are prone to secondary sedimentation under the gravity when sands flow out of bottom hole and sand flushing fluid returns with sands in long horizontal well in unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs.This phenomenon often causes some problems such as sticking and sand bridge.To solve these problems,a cyclone sand flushing tool that can be used for forward and backward flushing was designed.Then,the structural composition and principle of the tool were introduced.Based on the tool principle,a 3D simulation model for sand flushing operation of the cyclone sand flushing tool was built,the sand flushing boundary conditions were determined,and the sand flushing effect was analyzed through numerical simulation.Finally,the structural parameters of the tool were optimized through simulation analysis and by changing the inclination angle and diameter of the forward and backward nozzles.The research results show that when the inclination angle of forward and backward nozzles is 45°and 135°,respectively,and the diameter of forward and backward nozzles is all 8 mm,the suspension effect of sand particles is the best.Most of the suspended sand particles can be carried to a long distance by the sand flushing fluid,resulting in higher sand flushing efficiency and better sand flushing effect.The research results provide reference for improving the sand flushing and well cleanout efficiency of long horizontal wells.
