摘  要:针对低液量水平井分段生产测试采用井口取样化验含水、大罐计量折算流量方式存在的测试效率低、劳动强度大、现场作业风险高等突出问题,设计了一种井下流量含水监测装置。该装置在水平井单层段分段生产过程中,可实现单个产层段流量、含水、温度、压力参数自动采集、存储,通过地面数据回读分析,能判识不同产层段产出类型及产出特征。室内试验结果表明,装置达到了设计工艺技术指标。现场试验评价结果表明,该装置实现了低液量水平井流量、含水、温度、压力数据的完整采集与存储,通过数据曲线分析明确了实施井不同产层段产出情况,准确定位了主要出水层段。所得结论可为低渗透油田油井生产动态监测及后续措施制定提供技术参考。When sectional production tests are conducted in low fluid volume horizontal wells,the methods such as testing water cut by sampling at wellhead and converting into flow rate by metering at large tank usually have the problems such as low testing efficiency,high labor intensity and high field operation risks.To solve these problems,a downhole flow water cut monitoring device was designed.During the sectional production process of single interval in horizontal wells,this device can achieve automatic collection and storage of parameters such as flow rate,water cut,temperature and pressure of a single production interval.By means of surface data readback analysis,the flowing types and characteristics of different production intervals can be identified.The laboratory test shows that the device has met the technical indicators.The field test evaluation results show that the device has achieved complete collection and storage of flow rate,water cut,temperature and pressure data of low fluid volume horizontal wells.Through data curve analysis,the flowing situation of different production intervals in the implementation well has been clarified,and the main water production intervals have been accurately located.The conclusions provide technical reference for the production performance monitoring of oil wells in low-permeability oilfields and subsequent measures.
