摘 要:随着天然气管网互联互通一体化格局的形成,各资源和市场纳入管网系统统一调度运营。基于LNG资源入网后存在站场和已有管道间压力匹配以及多资源间的气量协调问题,针对冬季保供期某LNG资源聚集区域,借助TGNET软件建立LNG接收站与天然气管网协同运行仿真模型,研究不同边界条件下管网系统多资源调度供气方案,并重点针对可控的LNG资源,从管输费、能耗费以及总利润等角度开展了不同接收站间气量匹配方案的经济性比选。结合经济比选及方案模拟结果,提出了LNG资源入网供气能力提升的优化手段。研究结果表明:外输管道较长、管径小、沿线分输量小是制约LNG接收站气化能力释放的关键因素,通过增设压气站和增设复线2个优化手段可充分释放接收站气化能力,以此提升管网整体运行压力和输送能力。研究成果对冬供期天然气管网多资源以及各接收站间的调度管理具有一定的指导意义,所形成的LNG接收站与天然气管网的协同运行优化机制可为下游用户提供充足的供气保障,实现LNG接收站与天然气管网一体化高效运行。As the integrated pattern of interconnection among natural gas pipeline networks forms,various resources and markets are integrated into the pipeline network system for unified scheduling and operation.After LNG resources are connected to the network,there are problems such as pressure matching between stations and existing pipelines and coordination of gas volume among multiple resources.In this paper,taking an LNG resource accumulation area during winter supply guarantee period for example,the TGNET software was used to build a simulation model of coordinated operation between LNG terminal and natural gas pipeline network,so as to study the multi resource scheduling gas supply scheme of the pipeline network system under different boundary conditions.Moreover,an economic comparison and selection of gas volume matching schemes between different terminals were carried out for controllable LNG resources from the perspectives of pipage,energy consumption cost and total costs.Finally,based on economic comparison and selection and scheme simulation results,optimization methods for improving the supply capacity of LNG resources into the network were proposed.The study results show that long export pipelines,small pipe diameters and low distribution volumes along the pipeline are key factors restricting the release of gasification capacity of LNG terminals.By means of adding compressor stations and parallel pipelines,the gasification capacity of the terminals can be fully released,thereby improving the overall operating pressure and transportation capacity of the pipeline network.The study results have certain guiding significance for the scheduling management between multiple resources of natural gas pipeline network and various terminals during winter supply period,the coordinated operation optimization mechanism formed for LNG terminals and natural gas pipeline network can provide sufficient gas supply guarantee for downstream users,and achieve integrated efficient operation of LNG terminals and natural gas pipeline
