摘　　要：螺杆是注塑机的核心零件,主要作用为送料、压实、塑化和传压,其工艺繁杂且要求精度高,传统工艺需经过钻、车、铣、攻等多道工序。现针对某企业螺杆端部加工,设计了一种螺杆端部加工专用车铣复合加工生产线,主要包含车铣复合机床的移动式动力夹持、可快速拆卸更换中心架和碎屑隔挡机构、批量递进式自动上下料推料流线架及摆渡式空中传输桁架。该工作站可快速、高效、高精、安全地实现螺杆端部“一刀下”加工,为中心型企业从单一功能设备向复合自动化设备升级转型提供宝贵经验。The screw is the core part of the Injection Molding Machine,its main role is feeding,compaction,plasticizing and pressure transfer,its process is complex and high-precision,and the traditional process needs to go through multiple processes such as drilling,turning,milling,tapping,etc.Now for the screw end processing of an enterprise,a special turning-milling production line for screw end processing is designed,which mainly includes,Rack the mobile spindle with power,the quick detachable center frame,the debris blocking mechanism,the automatic Load-Unload Flow and the Automatic Truss.The workstation can quickly,efficiently,accurately,and safely realize the"one-time processing"of the screw end,providing valuable experience for the upgrading and transformation of central enterprises from single-function equipment to composite automation equipment.
