摘 要:在焊缝磨削过程中,磨削力与磨具磨损程度、磨削精度和表面完整性紧密相连。磨削力受磨粒数量、磨粒粒径以及磨削工艺参数等多元影响。针对磨削过程受力特性,基于Johnson-Cook本构模型,提出单磨粒磨削过程的仿真分析法,研究磨削参数对磨削力的影响规律。根据磨粒分布理论将单磨粒在磨削加工区域有效集成,建立磨具法向磨削力的数学模型。磨削试验验证表明,磨削深度为1~5 mm时的平均误差约为9.9%,在磨削深度高于3 mm工况时的平均误差仅为1.9%,为焊缝磨削的稳定性控制提供了一定的理论依据。In the grinding process of weld seams,the grinding force is found to be closely associated with the extent of tool wear,the precision of the grinding,and the integrity of the surface.The grinding force is affected by the number of abrasive particles,particle size and grinding process parameters.According to the mechanical characteristics of grinding process,the simulation analysis method for single-grit grinding,based on the Johnson-Cook constitutive model,has been proposed to investigate the impact of grinding parameters on the grinding force.The mathematical model for the normal grinding force of the tool has been established by integrating the distribution theory of single grit into the grinding processing area.Grinding experiments have been conducted,which confirm that the average error is approximately 9.9%when the grinding depth ranges from 1 to 5 mm,and reduces to just 1.9%when the depth exceeds 3 mm.This offers a theoretical foundation for guaranteeing the stability control of weld seam grinding.
