摘　　要：语言景观包括公共场所的标识、指示牌、广告等,它们在日常生活中为市民提供信息服务,同时也影响着城市的文化氛围和国际形象。然而,随着社会的快速变迁,一些语用失范现象,如语言暴力、语言歧视、语言欺诈等不当的言语互动开始在城市公共空间中出现,这些现象不仅影响了语言的交际功能,也对城市的和谐与文明造成了负面影响。因此,研究城市公共场所语言景观中的语用失范现象,探讨其表现、成因及改善策略,对于提升城市语言文明程度、构建和谐社会具有重要意义。该研究首先探讨了语用规范的内涵,然后通过对西安市公共场所语言景观中的语用失范现象进行系统分析,梳理语用失范的表现形式,最后分析语用失范现象的影响因素和提升策略,以期为西安市语言规划工作提供参考,促进西安市语言文明建设。Language landscapes,which include signs,directional indicators,advertisements,and more in public spaces,provide citizens with information services and also influence the cultural atmosphere and international image of a city.However,with rapid societal changes,pragmatic deviations such as linguistic violence,linguistic discrimination,and linguistic fraud have begun to emerge in urban public spaces.These phenomena not only affect the communicative function of language but also have a negative impact on the harmony and civilization of the city.Therefore,studying pragmatic deviations in the language landscape of urban public spaces,exploring their manifestations,causes,and improvement strategies,is of great significance for enhancing the level of urban linguistic civilization and building a harmonious society.This study first discusses the connotations of pragmatic norms,then systematically analyzes the pragmatic deviations in the language landscape of public places in Xi'an City,sorts out the manifestations of pragmatic deviations,and analyzes the influencing factors and improvement strategies of pragmatic deviations,with the aim of providing references for the language planning work in Xi'an City and promoting the construction of linguistic civilization in Xi'an City.
