摘　　要：中国古典园林在海外建造的过程中遇到各种跨文化问题,这不仅是由中西方法律制度或规范差异所造成的,更深层次的原因在于双方文化背景和身份的不同。这些文化差异所引起的冲突给中国园林的海外传播带来了不小的挑战,甚至影响海外中国园林的可持续发展。而跨文化交际理论为深入分析这些问题的根源提供了有力的框架结构。该文基于真实案例,探讨了跨文化因素如何影响中国园林的海外传播,包括跨文化身份认同、跨文化敏感性、跨文化冲突,以及高低语境交流方式等。这有助于理解在跨文化背景下如何促进中国园林更好地走向世界,并为中国园林文化的国际传播提供理论支持和实践指导。The construction of Chinese classical gardens overseas encounters various intercultural issues,which are not solely the result of differences in legal systems or norms between China and the West.The deeper reasons lie in the differences in cultural backgrounds and identities of both sides.These cultural differences often lead to conflicts,posing significant challenges to the international dissemination of Chinese gardens and even affecting their sustainable development abroad.Intercultural communication theory provides a framework for analyzing the root causes of these issues.This article,based on real case studies,explores how intercultural factors influence the overseas dissemination of Chinese gardens,including intercultural identity,intercultural sensitivity,intercultural conflicts,and high-context versus low-context communication.These insights help in understanding how to better promote Chinese gardens globally in an intercultural context,offering both theoretical support and practical guidance for their international dissemination.
