基层图书馆助力乡村儿童阅读路径探析

摘  要:当前乡村儿童在阅读资源、阅读指导、阅读时间、阅读活动等诸多方面都与城镇儿童有较大差距,这严重制约着乡村儿童阅读能力的发展,乡村儿童已成为全民阅读推广的重点和难点。基层图书馆因其资源丰富、专业性强、阅读推广活动多等优势,成为助力乡村儿童阅读的中坚力量。该文旨在探索符合基层图书馆实际的、切实可行的助力乡村儿童阅读的路径,通过创新图书资源融合模式,提升馆员素养,构建阅读服务队伍,推动阅读推广服务提质增效等形式,来改善乡村阅读资源不足、专业阅读推广队伍力量薄弱、阅读推广活动量少质差的现状,以期为改善乡村儿童的阅读现状、促进乡村儿童阅读、缩小城乡阅读差距提供借鉴。At present,rural children have a large gap with urban children in many aspects such as reading resources,reading guidance,reading time,and reading activities.This seriously restricts the development of rural children's reading ability.Rural children have become the key and difficult points of national reading promotion.Grassroots libraries,with their advantages of rich resources,strong professionalism,and many reading promotion activities,have become the backbone force in helping rural children read.This article aims to explore practical and feasible paths to help rural children read in line with the actual situation of grassroots libraries.By innovating the integration model of book resources,improving the literacy of librarians,building a reading service team,and promoting the improvement of quality and efficiency of reading promotion services,etc.,we can improve the current situation of insufficient reading resources,weak professional reading promotion teams,and few and poor-quality reading promotion activities,in order to provide references for improving the reading status of rural children,promoting rural children's reading,and narrowing the reading gap between urban and rural areas.
