摘　　要：西方主导地位塑造了现代国际关系,西方现代性对后发国家设置了强有力的规范性框架。历史上,俄罗斯为了加入西方,不仅付出了高昂的代价,而且导致国家发展的周期性。俄罗斯的西方主义者希望推动本国在文化-宗教、经济、政治和社会领域向西方转型与融合,但都以失败告终。这不仅是因为他们低估了民族原则,低估了俄罗斯与西方战略利益的不一致性,还因为西方为了维护国家利益和主导地位并未准备接纳俄罗斯。随着晚期现代性时代的到来,俄罗斯应该利用其与东西方互动的历史经验,加强跨文明对话,保持经济开放,推动世界多极化,力争在平等、依存与协作的基础上构建新型国际关系体系。原文刊登于《全球政治中的俄罗斯》杂志2024年第2期,经作者授权在《俄罗斯学刊》以中文发表。The dominance of the West has shaped modern international relations,and Western modernity has set a strong normative framework for latecomers.Historically,in order to integrate into the West,Russia not only paid a high price but also suffered from cyclical national development.Westernists in Russia hoped to promote their country's transition and integration with the West in the cultural-religious,economic,political and social fields,but have all ended in failure.This is not only because they underestimated the national principle as well as the inconsistency between Russia and the West's strategic interests,but also because the West tried to maintain its interests and dominant position and refused to accept Russia.With the advent of the era of late modernity,Russia should use its historical experience of interacting with the East and the West to strengthen cross civilizational dialogue,promote economic openness and world multipolarization,and strive to build a new international relations system based on equality,interdependence and cooperation.This article was first published in the Issue 2 of the Journal of Russia in Global Politics in 2024 and is authorized by the author to be published in Chinese in the Academic Journal of Russian Studies.
