摘 要:西北地区某数据中心枢纽楼由于建筑遮挡和室外机密集布置,导致空调系统的冷凝效率下降,特别是在夏季高温时,会增加空调负荷甚至可能引起设备过热宕机。本文提出使用湿膜蒸发冷却技术来预冷进入冷凝器的空气,以此增强冷凝器的散热性能。经过实际测试,装置运行后在环境温度为39℃的情况下,室外机进口温度降低了11℃,同时减少了机组功耗约22%,增加了机组制冷量约11%,综合节能效果显著。In a data center hub building in northwest China,due to the shading of buildings and the dense arrangement of outdoor units,the condensing efficiency of the air conditioning system decreases,especially in the summer when the temperature is high,which will increase the air conditioning load and may even cause the equipment to overheat and shut down.In this study,we propose to use wet film evaporative cooling technology to pre-cool the air entering the condenser to enhance the heat dissipation performance of the condenser.After the actual test,when the ambient temperature is 39℃,the inlet temperature of the outdoor unit is reduced by 11℃,the power consumption of the unit is reduced by about 22%,and the cooling capacity of the unit is increased by about 11%,and the comprehensive energy-saving effect is remarkable.
