摘　　要：运营商的数据服务已广泛应用于市场营销、风险管理、城市规划等多个领域,服务管控平台作为大数据产品服务的出口和生产运行平台,承担着大数据内外部数据服务出口的统一管控、应用托管和运维保障的重要职责,支撑着每年百亿次级别的服务查询量。本文从异地应用容灾架构设计的角度出发,从服务资源快速扩展、跨中心容灾基础底座、端到端业务保障能力等方面详细论述了大数据服务管控平台的实现方式,提升移动运营商对外服务的基础保障和创新能力。Operator's data services have been widely applied in various fields such as marketing,risk management,and urban planning,as an export and production operation platform for big data products and services,the service control platform undertakes the important responsibilities of unified control,application hosting,and operation and maintenance guarantee for the export of big data internal and external data services,supporting tens of billions of sub-level service queries per year.Starting from the perspective of remote disaster-tolerant architecture design,this paper discusses in detail on the implementation of a big data service control platform from the aspects of rapid expansion of service resources,cross center disaster recovery infrastructure,and endto-end business support capabilities,in order to enhance the basic guarantee and innovation capabilities of mobile operators'external services.
