摘 要:目的探讨基于实现交互式医学影像控制系统的术前精准规划技术在双侧经皮椎体成形术(PVP)中的应用。方法选取中国科学院合肥肿瘤医院骨科2020年1月至2022年3月收治的需行PVP的32例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者为分析对象,随机分为观察组(16例,术前采取精准规划定位后再行治疗)与对照组(16例,常规PVP穿刺治疗),并对比两组在手术参数及手术效果方面的差异。结果在手术参数方面,观察组患者的手术时间、术中定位透视次数、总透视次数均少于对照组(P<0.05),骨水泥注入量高于对照组(P<0.05);在手术效果方面,观察组患者治疗总有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(93.75%)(P<0.05)。两组患者术后的VAS评分、脊柱后凸畸形Cobb角较术前均显著降低,但组间对比,均无显著差异。结论术前精准规划在PVP术中的应用是必要的,在保证手术效果的同时,能显著减少手术时间,降低手术难度,提高手术安全性,值得进一步推广。Objective To investigate the application of preoperative precision planning technology based on Materialise's interactive medical image control system in bilateral percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP).Methods Thirty-two patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture who were admitted to the Department of Orthopedics,Hefei Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Sciences from January 2020 to March 2022 and required PVP were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(16 cases,receiving precise planning and positioning before surgery and then receiving treatment)and a control group(16 cases,receiving conventional PVP puncture treatment).The differences in surgical parameters and surgical results were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of surgical parameters,the operation time,intraoperative location fluoroscopy times,and total fluoroscopy times of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the amount of bone cement injection was considerably higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),In terms of surgical effect,the total effective rate of the observation group(100%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(93.75%).Postoperative VAS score and Cobb Angle of kyphosis in 2 groups were significantly lower than before surgery,but there were no significant differences between groups.Conclusion The application of precise preoperative planning in PVP is necessary,which can significantly reduce the operation time,reduce the operation difficulty and improve the operation safety while ensuring the operation effect,and is worthy of further promotion.
