摘 要:科学评估耕地恢复适宜性并识别重点区域,是有效落实耕地“占补平衡”制度,保障国家粮食安全的重要途径。文章以广东省阳江市阳东区为研究区,遵循“评价单元确定—耕地恢复适宜性评估—耕地恢复重点区域识别”的思路,综合连片条件、恢复成本等维度,系统构建可恢复地类适宜性评价指标体系,基于智能优化模型确定耕地恢复重点区域。结果表明:①研究区可恢复地类综合适宜性良好,分值介于0.28~0.88,空间分异特征较为明显。②耕地恢复重点区域连片程度较高,主要分布在研究区西北部、中东部和中南部,其中西北部区域面积最大,是耕地恢复的关键区域。③耕地恢复重点区域地势更平坦,离道路、村庄更近,连片度更高,更适宜耕作。研究构建的耕地恢复评价与重点区域识别框架可为微观尺度上的耕地恢复政策与规划制定提供参考。Scientifically assessing the suitability of cultivated land restoration and identifying key areas are important ways to effectively implement the system of"occupancy-compensation balance"of cultivated land and ensure national food security.This paper takes Yangdong district of Yangjiang city,Guangdong province as the study area,follows the idea of"evaluation unit determination—suitability assessment of cultivated land restoration—identification of key areas of cultivated land restoration",comprehensively integrates the contiguous conditions,restoration cost and other dimensions,systematically constructs the suitability assessment index system of restorable land type,and determines the key areas of cultivated land restoration based on the intelligent optimization model.The results show that:①the comprehensive suitability of restorable land type in the study area is good,with the scores ranging from 0.28 to 0.88,and the spatial differentiation characteristics are obvious;②the key areas of cultivated land restoration have a high degree of continuity,and are mainly distributed in the northwest,central and eastern part of the study area,and among them,the northwest area is the largest,which is the key area of cultivated land restoration;③the key areas of cultivated land restoration are more closer to roads and villages,and are more flatter and contiguous,which are more suitable for farming.The cultivated land restoration assessment and key area identification framework constructed in this study can provide reference for the formulation of cultivated land restoration policy and planning at the micro scale.
