数字经济对城市包容性发展的影响研究——基于“本地 邻地”分析的视角

摘　　要：基于“本地邻地”分析的视角,空间杜宾模型实证检验了285个城市2013-2022年数字经济对城市包容性发展的影响。研究结果显示:数字经济对本地城市包容性发展具有显著的正向影响,对邻地城市包容性发展也具有正向的空间外溢效应,科技创新在其中发挥了中介机制作用;数字经济对城市包容性发展的影响存在时空异质性,时间维度上表现为数字经济在长短期内均促进了本地城市的包容性发展;空间维度上表现为东、中部地区的数字经济促进了本地和邻地城市的包容性发展,西部地区仅促进了对本地城市的包容性发展。Taking 285 cities as research samples,this paper,using the spatial Dubin model,examined the impact of digital economy on the inclusive development of cities from 2013 to 2022 from the“local-neighborhood”perspective.The results show that digital economy has a significant positive impact on the inclusive development of local cities as well as a positive spatial spillover effect on that of neighboring cities,in which scientific and technological innovation plays the role of intermediary mechanism.They also show that there is spatial and temporal heterogeneity in the impact of digital economy on the inclusive development of cities that digital economy promotes the inclusive development of local cities in both the short and long term while it has a positive impact on the inclusive development of neighboring cities only in the short term,that digital economy in the eastern and central regions promotes the inclusive development of both local and neighboring cities,and it promotes only the inclusive development of local cities in the western region.
