摘　　要：新时代的乡村振兴需要立足乡村社会的总体性变化,探索能够整合乡村内外要素的基础性力量。“中坚农民”是人口流动中形成的利益关系和社会关系在村的重要主体,也是农业生产和乡村建设的关键力量,形成了以家庭经营为基础的“中农经济”的形态。“中农经济”所依托的“中坚农民”的家庭土地经营规模适度、收入中等水平、经济行为理性,在全员劳动生产率提升、小农户组织化和农业经营现代化水平提升方面作用突出。“中农经济”的发展呈现出较强的内生实践性特征,这为乡村经济振兴和农业农村现代化提供了新的基础。Rural revitalization in the new era requires a comprehensive understanding of the overall changes in rural society and an exploration of the fundamental forces that can integrate both internal and external elements of the countryside.“Core farmers”are key subjects in the social relations and interests formed by migration within the village population.They also represent crucial forces in agricultural production and rural construction,forming the“middle farmer economy”based on family management.The scale of family land management in the“middle farmer economy”is moderate,with income levels at an intermediate range and economic behaviors that are rational.These farmers play a prominent role in enhancing labor productivity among all workers,organizing small farmers,and improving the level of agricultural management modernization.The development of the“middle farmer economy”demonstrates strong endogenous practical characteristics,providing a fresh foundation for rural economic revitalization and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
