摘  要:当前,国内高校已初步构建起“学校—院系—班级—宿舍”四级心理危机预警体系,但该体系在早期精准识别大学生心理问题和后期干预中仍然存在一定局限性。朋辈心理辅导具有及时性强、渗透力高、普及面广的特点,在提升心理健康教育工作的针对性和实效性方面具有独特优势。笔者通过分析当前制约朋辈心理互助体系发挥效能的因素,提出可通过明确各级危机干预机构的职责、搭建智能化“云平台”、优化朋辈辅导员的角色和培训机制等措施,构建朋辈互助体系以进一步推进高校四级心理服务体系建设,增强其响应速度、工作效率和精准程度,助力高校心理健康服务体系的优化发展。Chinese colleges have preliminarily established a four-tier psychological crisis warning system,consisting of“School—Department—Class—Dormitory.”However,this system still faces limitations in the early identification and subsequent intervention of students’psychological issues.Against this backdrop,this paper explores the unique advantages of peer counseling in enhancing the specificity and effectiveness of mental health education.With its timeliness,strong penetration,and wide reach,peer counseling has proven to be an effective approach.By analyzing the factors currently limiting the effectiveness of the peer support system,this paper proposes several measures to address these issues,including clarifying the responsibilities of each tier of crisis intervention,developing an intelligent“cloud platform,”and optimizing the roles and training mechanisms for peer counselors.These measures aim to build a peer support system that will further improve the four-tier psychological service system in universities,enhancing its responsiveness,work efficiency,and precision,thereby contributing to the optimization and development of the college psychological health service system.
