摘 要:为分析高掺量胶粉改性沥青(45%)工艺对性能的影响规律,以纯子午胎胶粉与工程用胶粉为研究对象,测试不同发育温度条件下胶粉改性沥青旋转黏度、低温延度、软化点、针入度与弹性恢复率指标。试验显示,发育温度230~235℃得到的两种胶粉改性沥青均能够满足纯胶粉改性沥青技术要求,纯子午胎胶粉改性沥青的低温性能优于工程用胶粉,但温度敏感性大。在此胶粉掺量基础上,研究了掺量范围1%~3%的SBS对工程胶粉改性沥青的影响,由数据可知,掺量2%以上SBS能够实现全面提升胶粉改性沥青性能的效果,当掺量达到2.8%时,改性沥青低温延度可达20 cm,且旋转黏度适宜,便于胶粉改性沥青与胶粉拌和均匀。In order to investigate the influence of preparation conditions on properties of high content rubber modified asphalt(45%),viscosity,low-temperature ductility,softening point,penetration rate,and elastic recovery rate of asphalt modified by pure radial tire rubber powder and engineering rubber powder under different reaction temperature conditions were tested.The experiment shows that the modified asphalt obtained at a test temperature of 230~235℃could meet the technical requirements of pure rubber powder modified asphalt,and the effect of pure radial tire powder was better than that of engineering rubber powder.On the basis of this rubber powder dosage,the influence of SBS with a dosage range of 1%~3%on rubber powder modified asphalt was studied.The data showed that about 2%SBS can achieve a comprehensive improvement in the performance of rubber powder modified asphalt.When the dosage was 2.8%,the low-temperature ductility could reach 20 cm and the rotational viscosity was appropriate.
