摘　　要：以明鸡高速公路5~40 m高度的桥墩盖梁施工为例,为了提高盖梁施工安全标准化体系,通过对原有施工安全措施进行分析,系统地从安全爬梯基础标准化、安全爬梯与墩柱连墙件标准化、抱箍及支撑装置标准化、抱箍防护体系标准化、施工作业平台安装标准化、盖梁后续施工作业安全标准化等几个方面着手,提出技术人员创新性思维和做法,得到一套盖梁施工安全标准化体系方案。以节能、环保、高效、标准化为原则,从技术角度分析,解决施工的安全问题。Taking the construction of bridge pier capping beam with a height of 5~40 m of Mingji Expressway as an example,the paper analyzes the original construction safety measures,and systematically standardizes the safety ladder foundation,standardization of safety ladder and pier column wall connecting pieces,standardization of hoop and support device,standardization of hoop protection system,standardization of construction platform installation,starting from several aspects such as safety standardization of construction work in the subsequent process of capping beam,and puts forward innovative thinking and practice to solve the intrinsic safety problem of construction from a technical perspective based on the principles of energy conservation,environmental protection,high efficiency and standardization.
