桥梁加固中的CFRP片材应用及计算分析

摘  要:为进一步补充CFRP特殊材料加固方面的研究成果,对东阳大桥进行检测并得出相关结果评价,根据评价结果选定CFRP片材的加固方式,描述CFRP加固桥梁的施工工艺,并运用有限元软件建立实桥模型,分析加固前、后主梁抗弯承载力变化,顶、底板应力变化以及桥梁自振频率的变化。研究结果表明:CFRP片材加固后,主梁抗弯承载力均满足要求。跨中顶、底板压应力均有所增加,顶板最大增加134%,出现在边梁位置,底板最大增加为145%,出现在中梁位置,说明CFRP片材加固措施提高结构耐久性,进一步降低了结构受弯下梁底开裂的风险。同时,桥梁加固后频率增大,周期减小,刚度得到明显提升,有效改善桥梁的受力状况。In order to further supplement the research results on CFRP special material reinforcement,Dongyang Bridge was tested and evaluated with relevant results,the reinforcement method of CFRP sheet was selected according to the evaluation results,the construction process of CFRP reinforced bridge was described,and the finite element software was used to establish a real bridge model to analyze the change of flexural bearing capacity of the main girder,the change of the stress in the top and bottom slabs,and the change of the bridge's self-resonance frequency before and after the reinforcement.The results show that after CFRP sheet reinforcement,the bending capacity of the main girder meets the requirements.The compressive stresses in the top and bottom plates increased in the middle of the span,with the maximum increase of 134%in the top plate,which appeared at the edge girder position,and the maximum increase of 145%in the bottom plate,which appeared at the center girder position,which indicates that the CFRP sheet reinforcement measures improve the durability of the structure,and further reduces the risk of the bottom cracking of the girder under the bending of the structure.At the same time,the frequency of the bridge increases,the period decreases,and the stiffness is significantly improved after reinforcement,which effectively improves the stress condition of the bridge.
