摘 要:目的分析一种病理组织解冻装置(专利号:18878005)的应用价值。方法随机选取2023年6月至2023年12月期间在厦门大学附属第一医院接受手术治疗的60例甲状腺切除标本,每例取6块组织,分为专利组和传统组进行速冻处理,比较两种解冻方法的人工操作时间和组织间相对位置变化情况;同时对相应的常规石蜡切片进行CD56免疫组织化学染色,分析两种解冻方法对染色效果的影响。结果专利组的人工操作时间(7.07±1.78)s明显短于传统组(63.1±5.32)s;两组间组织相对位置的变化情况评分结果:专利组(2.72±0.45)分,面向高于传统组(1.45±0.50)分;两种解冻方法下组织的CD56免疫组织化学染色阳性率无显著性差异,但专利组的染色强度和细胞定位优于传统组。结论专利病理组织解冻装置能够显著减少组织解冻的操作时间,减少组织相对位置的移动,且能较好地保存组织抗原,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the application value of a pathological tissue thawing device(patent No.18878005).Methods A total of 60 thyroidectomy specimens from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University,collected between June 2023 and December 2023,were randomly selected.Six tissue samples were taken from each case and divided into two groups:the patent group and the traditional group for quick-freezing treatment.Manual operation time and relative position changes between tissues in both thawing methods were statistically analyzed.CD56 immunohistochemical staining was performed on the corresponding paraffin sections,and the effects of the two thawing methods on CD56 immunohistochemical staining were evaluated.Results The manual operation time in the patent group(7.07±1.78)s was significantly shorter than that in the traditional group(63.1±5.32)s.Regarding the score for changes in the relative position of tissues between the two groups,the patent group(2.72±0.45)scored significantly higher than the traditional group(1.45±0.50).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of CD56 immunohistochemical staining between the two tissue thawing methods,but the staining intensity and cellular localization in the patent group were superior to those in the traditional group.Conclusion The patented tissue thawing device significantly reduces the operation time of tissue thawing,minimizes tissue position shifts,and better preserves tissue antigens,making it highly valuable for clinical application.
