摘　　要：异位骨化(heterotopic ossification,HO)是骨折及人工关节置换术后常见的并发症。近年来,针对HO治疗的研究越来越多,本文拟对国内外在HO领域治疗的最新进展作一综述,重点阐述传统疗法的完善及新治疗方法。相比于口服非选择性非甾体类抗炎药物传统疗法,国内外研究发现,多种新的药物对HO具有治疗及预防作用,包括皮质类固醇、甲磺酸伊马替尼、胰岛素等。此外,选择性非甾体类抗炎药物,如吲哚美辛,更受临床医师的青睐,且局部用药而非全身用药更利于HO的治疗,同时,手术治疗及放射治疗亦有新的进展。HO的新治疗方法逐渐丰富且完善,但进一步的研究重点应关注HO的发生机制。Heterotopic ossification(HO)is a common complication after fracture and artificial joint replacement.In recent years,there have been more and more researches on the treatment of HO,this article reviews the latest progress in the treatment of HO at home and abroad,focusing on the improvement of traditional therapy and new treatment methods.Compared with the traditional oral non-selective non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,a number of domestic and foreign studies have found that many new drugs have therapeutic and preventive effects on HO,including corticosteroids,imatinib mesylate,insulin,and so on.In addition,selective non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,such as indomethacin,are more favored by clinicians,and local rather than systemic administration is more conducive to the treatment of HO,meanwhile,there are new developments in surgical therapy and radiation therapy.New treatment methods for HO are gradually abundant and perfect,but further research should focus on the mechanism of HO.
