药学服务在循环系统疾病患者药物治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析药学服务在循环系统疾病患者药物治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2024年2月南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院收治的循环系统疾病患者84例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各42例。对照组实施常规用药指导,研究组实施药学服务。比较两组临床疗效、不合理用药发生情况及合理用药认知水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.034)。研究组不合理用药总发生率低于对照组(P=0.024)。干预后,两组药物作用、服药疗程、服药剂量、注意事项评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:药学服务在循环系统疾病患者药物治疗中的应用效果显著,可降低不合理用药发生率,提高患者合理用药认知水平。Objective:To analyze the application effect of pharmaceutical services in medication for patients with circulatory system diseases.Methods:A total of 84 patients with circulatory system diseases treated in Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine medication guidance and the study group received pharmaceutical services.The clinical efficacy,incidence of irrational drug use and cognitive level of rational drug use were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.034).The incidence of irrational drug use in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.024).After intervention,the scores of drug effect,course of medication,dosage and precautions in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of pharmaceutical services in medication for patients with circulatory system diseases has significant effects,and can reduce the incidence of irrational drug use and improve the cognition level of rational drug use.
