摘　　要：目的:探讨处方联合点评在基层门诊合理用药中的应用效果。方法:抽取2022年3—12月北京市海淀区田村路社区卫生服务中心开具的500张处方为对照组,抽取2023年3—12月开具的500张处方为研究组。对照组实施常规处方点评,研究组实施处方联合点评。比较两组不规范处方、用药不适宜处方及超常处方占比。结果:研究组不规范处方、用药不适宜处方及超常处方占比均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:处方联合点评在基层门诊合理用药中的应用效果显著,能够降低不合理用药发生率,保障患者用药安全。Objective:To explore the application effect of joint prescription review in rational drug use of primary outpatient department.Methods:A total of 500 prescriptions issued by Beijing Haidian District Tiancun Road Community Health Service Center from March 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the control group.A total of 500 prescriptions issued from March 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study group.The control group implemented routine prescription review,and the study group implemented joint prescription review.The proportions of non-standard prescription,inappropriate medication and abnormal prescription were compared between the two groups.Results:The proportions of non-standard prescription,inappropriate medication and abnormal prescription in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of joint prescription review in rational drug use of primary outpatient department is significant,which can reduce the incidence of irrational drug use and ensure the drug use safety of patients.
