止嗽散合三拗汤联合常规西药治疗感冒后咳嗽的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析止嗽散合三拗汤联合常规西药治疗感冒后咳嗽的效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年3月北京市西城区什刹海社区卫生服务中心收治的74例感冒后咳嗽患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组(n=37)和试验组(n=37)。参照组实施常规西药治疗,试验组在常规西药基础上给予止嗽散合三拗汤。比较两组临床疗效、症状积分及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P=0.024)。治疗后,两组咽痒、咳嗽、流涕、咳痰积分低于治疗前,且试验组低于参照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:止嗽散合三拗汤联合常规西药治疗感冒后咳嗽的效果较好,可缓解患者临床症状,且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To analyze the effect of Zhisou powder plus Sanao decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of cough after cold.Methods:A total of 74 patients with cough after cold who were admitted to Beijing Xicheng District Shichahai Community Health Service Center from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into reference group(n=37)and experimental group(n=37)by using random number table method.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Zhisou powder plus Sanao decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy,syndrome score and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P=0.024).After treatment,the scores of throat itching,cough,runny nose and expectoration in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhisou powder plus Sanao decoction combined with conventional western medicine has better effects in the treatment of cough after cold,and can relieve the clinical symptoms and will not increase adverse reactions.
