温针灸联合常规西药治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗慢性盆腔痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨温针灸联合常规西药治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗慢性盆腔痛的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2024年1月句容市崇明社区卫生服务中心收治的167例盆腔炎性疾病后遗慢性盆腔痛患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为常规组(n=83)、试验组(n=84)。常规组给予布洛芬、左氧氟沙星治疗,试验组在常规组基础上给予温针灸治疗。比较两组疗效。结果:试验组治疗总优良率比常规组高(P=0.020)。治疗前,两组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均降低,IL-10水平升高,且试验组改善幅度大于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生活质量评分升高,焦虑、抑郁评分降低,且试验组改善幅度大于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合常规西药治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗慢性盆腔痛的临床效果显著,可减轻炎性反应,改善患者生活质量及情绪状态。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of chronic pelvic pain as a sequel of pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods:A total of 167 patients with chronic pelvic pain as a sequel of pelvic inflammatory diseases who were admitted to Jurong City Chongming Community Health Service Center from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into conventional group(n=83)and experimental group(n=84)according to random number table method.The conventional group was treated with ibuprofen and levofloxacin,and the experimental group was treated with warming needle moxibustion on the basis of the conventional group.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total excellent rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group(P=0.020).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,CRP and TNF-αdecreased and the levels of IL-10 increased in two groups,and the improvement in the experimental group was greater than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores increased while the scores of anxiety and depression decreased in the two groups,and the improvement in the experimental group was greater than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm needle moxibustion combined with conventional western medicine has significant clinical effect in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain as a sequel of pelvic inflammatory disease,and can relieve inflammatory reaction and improve the quality of life and emotional state of patients.
