麻杏石甘汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究麻杏石甘汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年12月南通市通州区中医院收治的80例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合麻杏石甘汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状消失时间、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:与对照组比较,试验组治疗总有效率较高(P=0.006)。试验组咳嗽、发热消失时间比对照组短(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且试验组比对照组低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:麻杏石甘汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果显著,能够减轻患儿症状,降低炎性因子水平,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Maxing Shigan Tang combined with azithromycin in treatment of Mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods:A total of 80 children with Mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to Nantong Tongzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the experimental group was treated with modified Maxing Shigan Tang on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,symptom disappearance time,levels of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.006).The disappearance time of cough and fever in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified Maxing Shigan Tang combined with azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia in children is significant,which can relieve the symptoms and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in children,with a high safety.
