摘　　要：目的:分析手术室针对性护理在妇科恶性肿瘤腹腔镜盆腹腔淋巴结清扫术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年7月徐州市丰县人民医院收治的妇科恶性肿瘤患者80例作为研究对象,按照抽签的方式随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施手术室针对性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组(P=0.034)。护理后,两组睡眠质量评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组生活质量评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度比对照组高(P=0.034)。结论:手术室针对性护理在妇科恶性肿瘤腹腔镜盆腹腔淋巴结清扫术患者中的应用效果显著,可降低深静脉血栓发生率,提高患者睡眠质量、生活质量和护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing in operating room for patients with gynecological malignancies after laparoscopic pelvic and abdominal lymph node dissection.Methods:A total of 80 patients with gynecological malignancies who were admitted to Feng Xian People's Hospital in Xuzhou City from January 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group by drawing lots,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received targeted nursing in the operating room.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.034).After nursing,the sleep quality scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.034).Conclusions:The application of targeted nursing in the operating room for patients with gynecological malignancies after laparoscopic pelvic and abdominal lymph node dissection has significant effects,and can reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis and improve the sleep quality,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
