优质化护理在老年慢性支气管炎患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察优质化护理在老年慢性支气管炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2024年7月锦州医科大学附属第三医院收治的老年慢性支气管炎患者112例作为观察对象,随机分成两组。对照组56例,行常规护理;观察组56例,行优质化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理前,两组肺活量(VC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组VC、FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生活质量、治疗依从性评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组生活质量、治疗依从性评分提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质化护理在老年慢性支气管炎患者护理中的应用效果较好,能够改善患者肺功能,提高患者生活质量、治疗依从性,减少不良反应与并发症。Objective:To observe the application effect of high-quality nursing in nursing of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods:A total of 112 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into two groups.The 56 cases in the control group received conventional nursing,while 56 cases in the observation group received high-quality nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in vital capacity(VC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the VC,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the two groups increased,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life and treatment compliance between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life and treatment compliance in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis is good,which can improve the lung function of patients,improve the quality of life and treatment compliance of patients,and reduce adverse reactions and complications.
