北京市社区隔代抚养女性生活质量现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解北京市社区隔代抚养女性生活质量现状,分析其影响因素。方法:于2023年2—4月采用便利抽样法选取北京市昌平区回龙观镇龙泽园街道社区110名女性隔代抚养者为研究对象,均进行一般资料问卷调查、生活质量调查量表(SF-12)调查,分析北京市社区隔代抚养女性生活质量的影响因素。结果:隔代抚养女性SF-12中生理健康总评分为50.37(42.40,54.94)分,心理健康总评分为57.29(49.49,60.36)分。患慢性病数量、隔代照顾意愿是隔代抚养祖母生理健康的独立影响因素(P<0.05);年龄、与子女关系、夜间照顾情况、与子女教育观念一致程度是隔代抚养女性心理健康的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:北京隔代抚养女性生活质量与患慢性病数量、隔代照顾意愿、年龄、与子女关系等因素密切相关,为提升隔代抚养女性生活质量,社区卫生服务机构可针对祖辈和年轻父母开展不同的健康促进活动,以家庭为单位进行个性化的科学教养指导和健康科普等。Objective:To understand the current status of the quality of life for intergenerational caregiving women in Beijing community,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:From February 2023 to April 2023,a total of 110 intergenerational caregiving women in Beijing Changping District Huilongguan Town Longzeyuan Street Community were selected as the study subjects by using convenient sampling method.All the subjects underwent the General Information Questionnaire Survey and 12-item Short Form Survey(SF-12).The influencing factors of the quality of life for intergenerational caregiving women in Beijing community were analyzed.Results:The physical component summary score and mental component summary score of SF-12 among intergenerational caregiving women was 50.37(42.40,54.94)points and 57.29(49.49,60.36)points,respectively.The number of chronic diseases and the willingness of intergenerational caregiving were the independent influencing factors for the physical health of the intergenerational caregiving grandmothers(P<0.05).The age,relationship with children,nighttime care,and consistency with the education concept of children were the influencing factors for the mental health of intergenerational caregiving women(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality of life of intergenerational caregiving women in Beijing is closely related to the number of chronic diseases,the willingness of intergenerational caregiving,age,and relationship with children.In order to improve the quality of life of intergenerational caregiving women,community health service institutions can carry out different health promotion activities for grandparents and young parents,and carry out personalized scientific education guidance and health science popularization at the family level.
