摘　　要：目的:探讨精细化管理在手术室外来器械管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—6月徐州市中心医院手术室实施常规管理的外来手术器械140件作为常规组,选取2023年7—12月实施精细化管理的外来手术器械140件作为观察组。常规组实施常规器械管理,观察组实施精细化器械管理。比较两组器械管理效果。结果:管理后,管理人员认知、态度、工作评分及总分均高于管理前(P<0.001)。管理后,管理人员器械拆卸安装、器械缺陷检查、器械规范使用、器械保养、器械预清洗、器械交接评分及总分均高于管理前(P<0.001)。观察组清洗灭菌不合格、性能不佳、备物不全、器械损毁、器械引起医院感染发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:精细化管理在手术室外来器械管理中的应用效果较好,能够提高手术室管理人员的外来器械管理意识和器械管理质量,降低器械不良事件发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of refined management in the management of external instruments in the operating room.Methods:A total of 140 external surgical instruments under conventional management in Operating Room of Xuzhou Central Hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the conventional group,and 140 external surgical instruments under refined management from July 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation.The conventional group implemented conventional instrument management,and the observation group implemented refined instrument management.The effect of instrument management was compared between the two groups.Results:After management,the scores of management personnel cognition,attitude,job and total scores were higher than those before management(P<0.001).After management,the scores of instrument disassembly and installation,instrument defect inspection,instrument standardized use,instrument maintenance,instrument pre-cleaning,instrument handover and total scores were higher than those before management(P<0.001).The incidences of unqualified cleaning and sterilization,poor performance,incomplete preparation,instrument damage and instrument-induced hospital infection in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of refined management in the management of external instruments in the operating room is good,which can improve the management awareness of external instruments of the management personnel in the operation room and the instrument management quality,and reduce the incidence of instrument adverse events.
