标准化作业流程在消毒供应室质量管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨标准化作业流程在消毒供应室质量管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—6月徐州市中心医院消毒供应室2 500件器具和35名工作人员作为管理前组,选取2023年7—12月消毒供应室2 500件器具和35名工作人员作为管理后组。管理前组采用常规管理,管理后组采用标准化作业流程进行管理。比较两组管理质量。结果:管理后组消毒和灭菌合格率、物资发放准确率、物品清洁达标率、包装规范且准确率高于管理前组,管理漏洞发生率低于管理前组(P<0.05)。管理后组工作人员责任心、主动性、专业技能、操作能力评分高于管理前组(P<0.05)。结论:标准化作业流程在消毒供应室质量管理中的应用效果显著,能够提高消毒供应室的管理质量和工作效率。Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized operation flow in quality management of disinfection supply room.Methods:Two thousand and five hundred utensils and thirty-five staff from the disinfection supply room of Xuzhou Central Hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the pre-management group,and two thousand and five hundred utensils and thirty-five staff from the disinfection supply room from July 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the post-management group.The pre-management group adopted conventional management,and the post-management group adopted standardized operation flow for management.The management quality of the two groups was compared.Results:After management,the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization,the accuracy rate of material distribution,the rate of item cleaning up to the standard,the packaging standard and the accuracy rate in post-management group were higher than those of the pre-management group,and the incidence of management vulnerability was lower than that of the pre-management group(P<0.05);the scores of responsibility,initiative,professional skill and operation ability of the staff in the post-management group were higher than those in the pre-management group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized operation flow in the quality management of disinfection supply room is remarkable,which can improve the management quality and work efficiency of disinfection supply room.
