南少林按颈旋头整脊手法联合针刺治疗在颈型颈椎病中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨南少林按颈旋头整脊手法联合针刺治疗颈型颈椎病的应用效果。方法选取2023年6月至10月福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院收治的60例颈型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。两组患者均给予针刺治疗,取双侧风池、颈百劳、肩外俞、肩井穴,采用提插捻转、平补平泻手法,留针30 min。对照组予揉颈旋头手法治疗,治疗组予南少林按颈旋头整脊手法治疗,每3天治疗1次,连续治疗5次。观察两组患者治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、颈椎生理曲度深度值(CCD)以及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分变化情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的VAS、NDI、SAS评分低于本组治疗前,CCD值高于本组治疗前,治疗组的VAS、NDI、SAS评分低于对照组,CCD值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论南少林按颈旋头整脊手法联合针刺治疗在颈型颈椎病方面临床疗效较好,能够有效减轻患者的疼痛症状,显著改善颈椎功能,促进颈椎生理曲度的恢复,同时还能缓解患者的焦虑情绪。Objective To investigate the effect of South Shaolin neck rotation manipulation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to the Third Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June to October 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given acupuncture treatment,taking the lateral Fengchi,Jing Bailao,Jian Waishu,Jianjing point,by lifting and inserting twisting,leveling and replenishing,leaving the needle for 30 min.The control group was treated with neck rotation manipulation,and the treatment group was treated with South Shaolin neck rotation manipulation,once every 3 days,for 5 consecutive times.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,neck disability index(NDI),cervical physiological curvature depth(CCD)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results After treatment,VAS,NDI and SAS scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,CCD values were higher than those before treatment,VAS,NDI and SAS scores in treatment group were lower than those of control group,CCD value was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of cervical spinal manipulation combined with acupuncture has a good clinical effect on cervical spondylosis,which can effectively reduce the pain symptoms of patients,significantly improve the function of cervical vertebra,promote the recovery of physiological curvature of cervical vertebra,and relieve the emotional anxiety of patients.
