摘　　要：目的探讨新形势下国家区域医疗中心创建工作对县域国家区域医疗中心试点单位护理管理质量的影响。方法回顾性选取国家区域医疗中心建设前2020年7月至12月上海市第六人民医院福建医院收治的3960例住院患者为对照组,国家区域医疗中心建设中2021年7月至12月上海市第六人民医院福建医院收治的3960例住院患者为试验组。比较两组的满意度、护理质量。结果试验组各项满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组健康教育、护理安全、急救护理、护理质控评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组分级护理评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论国家区域医疗中心的创建能够提高患者满意度、提升护理质量,进而提升医院的整体护理管理质量。Objective To explore the influence of the establishment of national regional medical centers on the quality of nursing management in the pilot units of county regional medical centers under the new situation.Methods Retrospective analysis of 3960 inpatients admitted to Fujian Hospital,Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital before the construction of the national regional medical center from July 2020 to December 2020 was taken as the control group,and 3960 inpatients admitted to Fujian Hospital,Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital during the construction of the national regional medical center from July 2021 to December 2021 as the experimental group.The satisfaction and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction scores of test group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of health education,nursing safety,emergency nursing and nursing quality control in test groups were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in grading nursing scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The establishment of national regional medical center can improve patient satisfaction,improve nursing quality,and then improve the overall nursing management quality of the hospital.
