摘　　要：复杂干预在临床实践中的使用越来越广泛,但由于其组成成分复杂性、相互作用复杂性、起效机制复杂性、复杂干预的开发与评估亟待方法学上的突破和创新。近年来,国外出版多部针对复杂干预的实施理论与实施框架,为复杂干预的开发、评价提供方法学指导。本文依据英国医学研究会复杂干预指南对复杂干预中较为常用的理论、框架和模型进行介绍及比较,以期为国内开展复杂干预研究的学者提供参考。Complex intervention is increasingly used in clinical practice.However,due to complexity of component,complexity of interaction,complexity of effective mechanism,development and evaluation of complex intervention urgently need methodological breakthrough and innovation.In recent years,many implementation theories and implementation frameworks for complex intervention have been published abroad,providing methodological guidance for development and evaluation of complex intervention.This article introduces and compares the commonly used theory,framework,and model in complex intervention based on Complex Intervention Guidelines of UK Medical Research Council,in order to provide reference for scholars conducting complex intervention research in China.
