摘　　要：目的观察心痛舒汤对微血管性心绞痛患者的治疗效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年10月广州中医药大学附属阳江中医医院收治的64例微血管性心绞痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(32例)与对照组(32例)。两组均予西医抗心绞痛治疗,观察组加予心痛舒汤口服,治疗8周。比较两组的中医症状积分、心绞痛发作情况、心电图ST段压低幅度及生活质量[西雅图心绞痛调查量表(SAQ)]。结果两组治疗后中医症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后的心绞痛发作频率、心电图ST段压低幅度低于对照组,持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的躯体活动受限情况、心绞痛稳定状态、心绞痛发作频率与治疗满意程度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者的疾病认知程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心痛舒汤治疗微血管性心绞痛的临床疗效良好,能明显改善患者心绞痛的临床症状,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xintongshu Decoction on patients with microvascular angina pectoris.Methods A total of 64 patients with microvascular angina pectoris treated in Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases)according to random number table method.Both groups were treated with western medicine anti-angina pectoris,and the observation group was treated with Xintongshu Decoction orally for 8 weeks.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,angina pectoris attack,ST segment depression and quality of life(Seattle angina questionnaire[SAQ])were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine symptom score between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The frequency of angina pectoris attack and the amplitude of ST segment depression of electrocardiogram in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the duration was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After treatment,the physical activity restriction,angina stable state,angina attack frequency and treatment satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in disease cognition between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xintongshu Decoction has a good clinical effect on microvascular angina pectoris,can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris and improve the quality of life.
