摘  要:目的分析2021年乌鲁木齐市沙门菌的分子分型和耐药情况。方法对2021年乌鲁木齐市哨点医院腹泻病患者样本中分离的108株沙门菌进行血清分型、脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型和药物敏感性试验。结果108株沙门菌的优势血清型是肠炎沙门菌,占67.59%(73/108),其次是鼠伤寒沙门菌,占8.33%(9/108)。PFGE带型共70个,血清型相同的沙门菌易聚成一簇,而血清型不同者的PFGE条带表现出多样性。100株菌(92.59%)出现耐药,菌株对氨苄西林(76.85%)、萘啶酸(74.07%)和四环素(57.41%)的耐药率较高,多重耐药率为60.19%。结论2021年乌鲁木齐市沙门菌以肠炎沙门菌为主,多重耐药现象较为严重,PFGE带型具有多态性,部分带型与耐药谱有关。Objective To investigate molecular typing characteristics and drug resistance of Salmonella in Urumqi in 2021.Methods Serum typing,pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)finger map and broth dilution drug sensitivity tests were performed for 108 strains of Salmonella.Results The predominant serotype was salmonella enteritidis accounting for 67.59%(73/108),and the second was salmonella typhimurium accounting for 8.33%(9/108).There were 70 PFGE bands,and Salmonella with the same serotype tended to cluster together,and PFGE bands of different serotypes were polymorphic.100 strains(92.59%)demonstrated drug resistance,and resistance rates of ampicillin,naphthalinic acid and tetracycline were high,respectively for 76.85%,74.07%and 57.41%.The rate of multiple resistance was 60.19%.Conclusion The main serotypes of Salmonella in Urumqi in 2021 were Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhimurium,and the multiple-drug resistance phenomenon was serious.PFGE bands showed diversified,and some bands were associated with drug resistance spectrums.
