摘　　要：肺孢子菌肺炎(PCP)是一种在免疫功能正常人群中罕见的机会性真菌感染。浙江中医药大学附属杭州市中医院收治1例免疫功能正常患者,临床表现为发热、咳嗽和呼吸困难,胸部CT示弥漫性磨玻璃病变,结合宏基因组二代测序、聚合酶链式反应和G试验结果确诊PCP,经复方磺胺甲噁唑片联合甲泼尼龙治疗,预后良好。非HIV感染患者PCP起病急骤,病情进展快,因此早期诊断、有效干预是改善预后的关键。通过分析本例患者的临床特点、治疗过程,为临床诊治该类疾病提供参考。Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia(PCP)is a rare opportunistic fungal infection among immunocompetent individuals.Hangzhou TCM Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University,treated an immunocompetent patient with fever,cough,dyspnea,and diffuse ground-glass opacity on chest CT.PCP was confirmed by metagenomic next-generation sequencingⅡ,polymerase chain reaction,and G test.Treated with Trimethoprim-Sulfamethoxazole and Methylprednisolone,the prognosis was favorable.Early diagnosis and intervention are crucial for non-human immunodeficiency virus PCP due to its rapid onset and progression.This case provides insights for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
